If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of your order's original purchase date. Please email email@example.com to notify us of the return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange after 30 days.
Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed, or altered. Original ticket must be attached. All sale items, and earrings are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned or exchanged. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. Everleigh reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Everleigh is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit
Any item can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with tags attached. Please send us an email of the item you would like to exchange and we will notify you if the item is still in stock. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please note the item name in the email.
